TAMING
INGRID is the newest and freshest sounding pop music band
to hit the scene! Currently based out of Orange County, California,
their unique sound combines good old-fashioned American pop
music with a groovy backbone and a modern edge.
A powerful, melodic, sexy lead
Vocalist with stage presence that'll leave you in awe… At
age two, Monica (from Cupertino, California) started turning
off the TV and putting on her own song and dance for whomever
was watching – her folks immediately directed her to
every dance and vocal lesson they could find time for.
She performed her first show at age 4, where she sang and
danced to a choreographed routine in front of a group of 10,000.
Soon after, poems and lyrics began forming. By age 13
she had written numerous songs. Years later, she decided
to put together a band ----- or three. The moons aligned as
a friend introduced her to the person who had what it took
to pave the way for success.
It
was clear from the first day that Rhonda’s hooky and
dynamic guitar riffs and solos, complimenting backing vocals,
great ear for songwriting, and sultry appearance would break
the stereotypes and impress even the shredder dudes. Rhonda
(originally from Newport Beach, California) came from a very
musical family where guitar, piano and percussion were
first nature. Once she had all of that down, she decided
guitar was the most intriguing, and that she needed to learn
every song on the radio. Frightfully, she was determined
to do so. Day after day she would click on the radio
and learn everything from Led Zeppelin to Michael Jackson. Such
persistence made her a wonderfully rounded musician capable
of fing multiple styles into a commercially hooky tune while
keeping it real to her classic roots.
Taming
Ingrid has it all...and the world is taking notice! Hooky,
commercial songs that keep it real to the crucial elements
taught by our ‘greats’, a stage show that drives
you back for more, universal backing vocals with beautifully
sculpted harmonies enveloping the already mesmerizing pop
sound.
America
is ready for tunes hosted by lyrics that reflect a positive
outlook on life and the future! The band promotes equality,
acceptance and unified peace …..not religion.
This
is a band worth checking out! Not just another pop-sensation...but
an experience!
